Her expertise in urban planning, architecture, design, digital business, and strategic planning has facilitated economic and social development across African countries. Outside of work, Farai enjoys traveling, reading, and attending arts performances and events.

Tiago Valente is an award-winning Creative Director, Artist, Author, and Professor known for his holistic approach across luxury, fashion, beauty, retail, innovation, advertising, interior design, and education. With a background in journalism, performing arts, fashion design, and anthropology, he explores global human behaviors and trends. Fluent in six languages and experienced in diverse markets, Tiago integrates social values and sustainability with scientific data and cutting-edge technology. As a professor at Parsons, he develops strategic partnerships and taught integrated design and luxury experiential design. His acclaimed work is featured in Vogue, Rolling Stone, and Vice Magazine.
