Kikings Wearables is a local streetwear brand which is a subsidiary of Kikings Designers & Apparel. The brand got established 2020 and has been garnering support from the youthful individuals on its streetwear segment. The past 4 years has been characterised by upcycling denim jeans into different wearable products from interior decor (cushions, pillows and denim duvets) while also patching jeans on shoes and crafting various pieces for our ever growing clientelle base that has seen the brand set up a studio in the CBD of Harare. This is Kikings' latest achievement for start of second half of the year. This has been a target and one of the brand's 2024 resolutions. The brand has embarked on a corporate wear segment where it supplies corporate wear to SMEs and informal sectors. It also eyes to venture into branding since it works hand in glove with fashion. Meanwhile, sustainable fashion of producing more for less, circular fashion of maximising products lifecycle and economic consideration throught the entire fashion industry value chain, has been the norm which is into practice at Kikings Studio because the fashion industry is now a venture to approach with caution or else one will violate ethical concerns like labor exploitation alongside fast fashion of pocketing money while significantly damaging the environment.
